I’m always on the lookout for a way to enjoy my music and shut myself off from the bus noise without getting lots of cold stares from fellow commuters.
I hate earbuds because they’re uncomfortable and they’re always falling out, so when my boyfriend saw the sound hats, he bought me one for my birthday – and I absolutely love it. You can even wear it as a regular hat, as no one can tell there are speakers inside.
I will say that the fit is a little short, so if you’re expecting a large, cushy fit for your bonce, you might want to get the next size larger as they are made rather small.
The fit is nice and snug without being too tight, and it works great for keeping your ears warm while you’re waiting on those cold winter mornings – I love to just turn it on, relax and listen to my favorite music without getting dirty looks from people around me because they can hear that shrill whining and thumping noise from the beats.
I was surprised to find out that the speaker sound quality is really good and not cheap at all. You can listen to your music comfortably and drown out the noise around you, but unlike earbuds, you don’t have to shout obnoxiously at your mates because the volume is too loud!
